Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were given a map and great tips about the area, which made exploring the nearby main square and souks a breeze. The beautiful decor and attention to detail throughout the hotel added to its authentic charm. We especially loved the rooftop terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the stunning views. The rooms were comfortable and maintained a very pleasant temperature. Additionally, the breakfast included was a great way to start our days.
No negative aspects to mention; everything was perfect.

I had a fabulous stay at this hotel in Marrakesh. the location was ideal, just a short walk away from the main square. It was very convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff were amazing. They were always available and ready to help with any requests, including dietary needs. Their friendly welcome made me feel right at home. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had a very good temperature. Plus, the breakfast included was homemade and enjoyed on the roof terrace in the sunshine, a perfect start to the day.
There were minor heating issues in the room, but it didn't affect my overall experience.

The breakfast and the rooftop terrace were nice surprises during our Xmas stay. the location near the old city and famous street markets allowed us to immerse ourselves in the local culture. We also appreciated the helpful staff who assisted us with various requests.
The facilities were not up to our expectations, with some of the furniture and bedding appearing worn and outdated. the noise from the surrounding area made it difficult to sleep at night.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming riad in a very secure area. The hotel's attention to detail and value for money were exceptional. The staff treated me like family and were always ready to assist with any issues I had. The rooms were comfortable with just the right temperature, and the breakfast included in the stay was delicious.
Everything was more than ok, except for a minor issue with the water pressure in the shower.

Oh, how I loved eating breakfast with frostbite! The living room was so cold, I could have auditioned for Frozen.

Our stay at Riad Massiba was absolutely exceptional! We spent 5 nights at this peaceful oasis in the heart of Marrakech. The room Canelle was not only beautifully decorated but also spacious and comfortable. The luxurious bathroom with a shower added to the overall experience. The breakfast served on the rooftop garden was a delightful way to start each day. Vivienne and Ahmed, our gracious hosts, made us feel welcome and took care of all our needs. The small salon off the courtyard, next to our room, added a touch of magic to our stay. We would love to return to this riad in the future. Choukran, Vivienne & Ahmed!
Totally recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed my Xmas break in Morocco! The hotel had a great breakfast, inclusive of local crepes and homemade jam. Perfectly located close to medina, with tranquil nights. The staff was warm, friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The manager was unbelievably rude, even calling me a liar and causing an hour-long needless argument even though the mistake was on their end. There were also arguing and noise at night.
